The switch (10) is operated by a mechanical linkage and is connected to the armature of the electromagnet (11) in series with the auxiliary phase circuit (30) and it is operated by both the load current and by the rest current in case of voltage failure. A protective switch (13) is in series with the electromagnet. It monitors the motor current and its warming up, and controls the electromagnet excitation and its main phase (15) contact (14) operation.
