A logic circuit with magnetic cores, as in the main patent, passes only write-in signals to part of the logic if the read signal of this part has to be regarded as the result of a logic process. During the quiescent state (no input) considerably fewer magnetic cores are written-into simultaneously which reduces the number of write-in pulse amplifiers as well as interrogate pulse amplifier. Fewer magnetic cores will also need demagnetising. - Instead of being written-into by centrally produced write-in signals, the cores of part of the logic are written-into by the read signals of the cores of special write-in elements controlled by read signals from other parts.
