PURPOSE:To easily shift the mechanism of a microscope and distinctly show the irradiation point of laser beam by installing a flexible beam introducing passage consisting of the optical fibers for connecting a laser beam oscillator and a beam irradiation guide device having a marker which is interlocked in accordance with the irradiation point of the irradiated laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A micromanipulator 10 is installed on a supporting device 11, and a beam introducing device 9 is constituted of a flexible fiber beam introducing passage, by which a laser part 8 and the micromanipulator 10 are connected. The laser beam L introduced through the fiber beam introducing passage of a beam introducing device 9 is introduced from the upper part into a microscope 12 for operation in the micromanipulator 10, and collected to the surface layer part of a human body outside through a laser focussing lens and a beam splitter 18. The crossing point of a marker 19, e.g. a cross mark 21 is optical-axis- adjusted so as to be interlocked in accordance with the irradiation point of the laser beam L, and also the irradiation point of the laser beam can be easily recognized. |
