<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a secondary battery to be in an adequate temperature range while detecting an abnormality of a cooling device. SOLUTION: When a deviationΔT between a presumed temperature Te calculated from a charge/discharge electricity current and a cooling performance of a secondary battery and an actual cell temperature Tb, is larger than a threshold Tr (S100 to S106), a fan for cooling is driven in Hi mode at first (S112), and an unusual rise of the temperature of the secondary battery is suppressed. When the deviationΔT is larger than the threshold Tr (S110), even if the state where the fan for cooling is driven in Hi mode is progressed at a predetermined time, abnormalities are outputted (S116) by judging that a certain abnormality occurs in the cooling function of the device. Consequently, while being able to inhibit the unusual temperature rise of the secondary battery, certain abnormalities to the cooling function of the device can be detected more appropriately.</p> |
