<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner to have an air inlet formed in the upper surface of a body and pay consideration to penetration of water through the air inlet. SOLUTION: A top plate 25 opposite to the air inlet with a distance provided therebetween is installed above the air inlet 24 formed in the upper surface of a casing 23 of the air-conditioner 1. A laterally opened ventilation space 26 is formed between the upper surface of the casing 23 and the top plate 25. Air is sucked through the ventilation space 26 from a lateral direction. The air filter 2 covers the air inlet 24 and is laterally removed through the ventilation space 26. The air filter 2 is provided with a means to guide lateral slide during removal. Penetration of water through the air inlet 24 is prevented by the top plate 25. Further, at the time of removal of the air filter 2, the removal is easily executed without being influenced by the top plate 25.</p> |
