PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information totalizing system that can responds to an inquiry not with a telephone number as in the past way but in voice and can collect effectively and culately versatile answers. SOLUTION: The information totalizing system regenerates an inquired sentence stored in an inquired sentence storage 1 using an inquired sentence regenerator 3 as voices and sends out to a speaker at a telephone 23, recognizes the answer for the liquid sentence prepared by the speaker among response candidates that are stored in response candidate storage 11 using an answer recognition device 5, and at the same time, specifies the telephone number of the answing speaker with a number specifying device 13, tallies the number of the telephone numbers for the speaker who gives the right answer for each response recognized by the recognition device 5 using a number tally device 15, and totalizes the number of the responses for each inquired sentence.
