PURPOSE:To produce a honeycomb-like molded article without crack by adding water and a binder to a powder of ceramics or carbon, rightly fastening together with a mixed and molded honeycomb-like molded article with a rubber tube, etc., and drying. CONSTITUTION:A binder, a lubricant and water are added to a powder of ceramics or carbon and mixed, subjected to extrusion molding in honeycomb- like, then cut in fixed dimension to obtain a honeycomb-like molded article having many small penetrating holes 1. Said molded article is engaged in a tube 3 made of a vulcanized rubber or a heat-shrinking plastics and tightly fastened. Next, the molded article is heated in a temperature range of 50-150 deg.C for about 60 min with hot air or high-frequency wave to dry the molded article 2. |
