PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bear the strength of a glass screen, to ensure the clarity and spaciousness within a room, and to facilitate maintenance of a large glass surface, such as cleaning, by providing glass ribs on an indoor side of the glass screen. SOLUTION: The flat and long glass ribs 4 are vertically arranged on the indoor side of the large glass surface 2, and bearers 3 for bearing glass plates 21 forming the large glass surface 2 are attached to the glass ribs 4.
