The piston 18 is slidable in a bearing 20, Fig. 4, in this trunnion 19 having a stop 22 to limit the free movement of an abutment 21 fixed to the piston-rod 18. A suspension bracket 14 has flanges 24, 25 formed with a slot 26 provided with a ramp 27 forming a stop and engaged by pegs 28 on the abutment 21 when the cab is in tilted position to prevent downward movement of the rod 18 relative to the cab 11.</p> |
