PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a component for a plasma display excellent in displaying quality, and the plasma display, by forming, with high precision and a simple process, a bulkhead of a parallel direction with an address electrode, and an auxiliary bulkhead of a right-angled direction to the address electrode. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the component for the plasma display includes processes of following (A) to (C) at least. (A) a process forming a photosensitive application film of a 1st layer, (B) a process forming a photosensitive application film of a 2nd layer having a different sensitivity to an activity light, on the photosensitive application film of the 1st layer, and (C) an exposing process through a photo-mask in which a lattice-like pattern is formed in parallel and right-angled directions to the electrode.
