<p>The leading tractor pulls an implement, such as a semi-mounted plugh which is also on a land wheel wind a hydraulic lifting-device for the back end of the plough's chassis. The following tractor pulls an implement, such as a plough which can be raised or lowered. The rear end of the front plough's chassis has a coupling-bracket into which fits a bar hinged onto the chassis. The other end of the bar is fixed to the following tractor so that, when the leading plough is raised, the back end of the chassis puts the bar in a slanting position. The following tractor is then swung clockwise so that the wheels of the front axles are lifted off the ground.</p> |
