PURPOSE: A putting exercise machine of telescopic cart movement structure tiltable in all directions is provided to reduce the installation space thereof, and to allow a user to effectively perform putting action while changing a putting distance. CONSTITUTION: The putting exercise machine of telescopic cart movement structure tiltable in all directions comprises a rotating devise(10) installed between a fixed part(15) and a hole cup portion of a mat panel(1) for supporting the mat panel so that the end portion adjacent to a hole cup of the mat panel is rotatable toward all directions; a pair of left and right rotatable support members installed around the rear end of the mat panel; a pair of left and right rotatable stand members corresponding to the rotatable support members; and a jacket for displacing the rotatable stand members.
