<p>The intermediate support is drum shaped and is in contact with an axis parallel rotating cleaning roller. A cleaning fleece is used, and this cleaning fleece runs from a delivery spool to a take-up spool over the cleaning roller in order to perform continuous cleaning. The whole of the cleaning system is mounted in a cassette and this cassette may be inserted into the copier. The cassette has an aperture which may permit the entry of the cleaning roller (5).
