PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector, which has a seal or a sealant for a joint between panels and can be manufactured easily, and which mutually connects or assembles floor panels. SOLUTION: In the connector for assembling and sealing a layer plate-shaped flooring panels as another body from the connector, the connector has a base, an expanding section with a fitting member for fitting to the flooring panel as the expanding section installed to the base and the seal mounted on a selected member in the base and the expanding section.
