<p>Regulator for the peak value of electrical pulses supplied by a pulse generator, partic. for use in treatment of fluids comprises means of control capable of acting over the pulse peak value and consisting of a comparator for comparing the actual pulse peak value with a reference value defining an extreme - e.g. at which the descaling treatment negative electrode must be cleaned. The regulator also comprises a bistable or multistable memorising element supplied with the comparator output signal and able to operate the above mentioned pulse peak value regulating means. Ensures that the negative electrode of the descaling appts. if not removed for cleaning too soon, but only after the pulse peak value is regulated at or just below the most efficient value.</p> |
