PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorbing material which can absorb radio waves of unwanted frequency bands and efficiently send/receive those of necessary frequency bands and can be incorporated in a small electronic device, as well as an electronic device using the same inside. SOLUTION: A soft resin foamed body including open cells is filled with a magnetic powder having a radio a wave absorbing function, and the magnetic powder selectively absorbs radio waves of specific frequency band. This radio wave absorbing material has such a structure and it is used for electronic devices.
