METHOD FOR TESTING ADDRESS DATA BUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test method for carrying out tests easily with a high failure detection rate in asynchronous address data buses. SOLUTION: There are set a write register 4 for writing write data of an address data bus, and an input selector circuit 13 for selecting the former of data of a write enable signal for the write register and the internal calculation result and a write enable signal to a read register 11 by a test mode. The asynchronous address data bus can be tested easily by reading contents of the write register outside from the read register.
