PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage unit, facilitated in installation on any place and easy in maintenance as well as inspection. SOLUTION: The heat storage unit is provided with a heat storage capsule 1, into which heat storage material is filled, and a unit main body 2, capable of receiving the heat storage capsule 1, while a heat medium flow route 3 for conducting heat medium 4 to flow therethrough, is formed between the heat storage capsule 1 and the unit main body 2. A section, faced to the heat medium flow route 3 among the surfaces of the heat storage capsule 1, is provided with a heat medium guiding means S for specifying the heat medium flow route 3 while the heat medium guiding means S is provided with a heat medium supplying port 5 for conducting the heat medium 4 to flow into the heat medium flow route 3 and a heat medium discharging port 6 for discharging the heat medium 4 out of the heat medium flow route 3 under a condition that both of them are opened in the same direction respectively. |
