Variable width track laying vehicle chain - is built from standard bored blocks and chain links

The tracklaying vehicle track chain has transverse tubular members connected by the adjacent chain member. This chain can be produced with different widths with relatively little effort. Each chain member has additional blocks with bores and additional connectors. All blocks with bores have the same width. The blocks and connectors have preferably standardised dimensions. A chain element of the tracklaying chain vehicle has additional blocks (1) with bores and additional connectors (3, 6). All blocks with bores have common width. Only the length of the bolts is variable on making chains of different widths. The intermediate connectors (6) and the blocks with bores (1) have matching, inwards facing contact faces which are used as support faces for the driving wheels.
