<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic resume service system that combines a human resources matching service with an electronic resume preparation service and a qualifying diagnostic test service. SOLUTION: A user 7, through a network 5, gets access to a navigation site 30 in a server 3, and defines, depending on a purpose confirmation menu 31, the purpose, intended end-usage, submission destination or the like. An electronic resume 38 (resume input data), the qualifying diagnosis result 37 of diagnosis result obtained by a qualifying diagnosis test 35 or the like are registered with an electronic resume database 17 and a qualifying diagnosis database 18 on the server 3 side respectively. An enterprise 8 gets access, using a computer 24 or the like through the network 5, to a human resources information retrieval service site 40 in the sever 3, and makes a human resources information retrieval request with a condition required in-house. The server 3, using the electronic resume database 17 and the qualifying diagnosis database 18, retrieves the human resources information that meets the received condition, and transmits a human resources information list and resumes of the qualifying diagnosis results or the like (anonymous) of the respective pieces of human resources information to the enterprise 8.</p> |
