Tyre reducing machine for local use - cutting tyre into equal segments and leaving the bead behind

Used tyres are cut up by stretching internally and passing through or under a cutter which removes segments without the steel bead, the tyre being moved intermittently through the length of one segment each time. Machine is suitable for location at the tyre dealer, it cuts up an average tyre into 60 segments in 5 minutes free from bits of the bead.
