The child's chair is built in three sections. A central section is roughly cubical with a central rectangular hole (34). The upper surface (20) forms the seat with a rounded front edge (17) and a raised rear edge (14). The central section (13) is supported by two square supports (11)(12) with central square holes (34). All three sections are made of foamed plastic and assembled by socket joints or with adhesive or by welding. The shape of the central section is symmetrical so that a similar seat is formed on the under surface (15) which can be used when the chair is turned upside down. The chair is very light but robust and will not damage other furniture.
