PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems such that secure information detecting has a trade-off that using construction elements of dot patterns focusing on suppressing the reduction in image quality when embedding the dot patterns in an image loses the accurate information, and on the contrary, using the construction elements aiming to improve detecting accuracy, reduces the image quality. SOLUTION: In a method for image processing, an image is performed a processing of error-diffusion (103), the construction elements of the dot patterns for adding are decided based on the image processed through the error-diffusion and the dot patterns are embedded in the error-diffused image by using the construction elements (105). |
