摘要

New catalyst comprise (a) 0.1-5 (pref. 0.2-1)wt.% of Rh and (b) >=1 Gp.IVB metal (esp. Sn) on a refractory non-cracking inorganic oxide support with a specific surface of >15 (pref. 100-350)m2/g. and a pore vol. of >0.1 cm3/g. Component (b) increases the selectivity of the catalysts for dealkylation. The catalyst pref. contains 0.01-2(esp. 0.05-0.2)wt. % Sn. The support is pref. an alumina or aluminosilicate free of Lewis and Bronsted acid sites.
