PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic material having low sintering temperature and low dielectric loss. SOLUTION: This material contains as a main ingredients a mixture obtained by mixing glass that contains both SiO2 and Al2O3 and any or all of B2O3, K2O, ZrO2 and CuO, Zn2SiO4 and c-SiO2 with the composition ratio indicated. To obtain the material, 15 parts weight or less of at least one or more compounds α is selected from among MnO2, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, CoO, NiO, ZnO and CuO with respect to 100 parts weight of the main ingredients are mixed and sintered. Here, the composition ratios are set in which for glass: 10 weight % or more and 90 weight % or less; for Zn2SiO4: 5 weight % or more and 25 weight % or less; and for c-SiO2: 5 weight % or more and 65 weight % or less. |
