PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor for buying and submitting a ticket. SOLUTION: A server 2 sends code-symbolized image information as collation information regarding the reservation contents of a ticket to a portable information terminal 3 of a user having reserved the ticket a specific time before the service of the reserved ticket is started. The user, when provided with the service, displays the code-symbolized image information on the display part 6 of the portable information terminal 3 and only shows it to the service provider. The shown image information is read by a ticket confirmation device 4 and then decoded. The decoded collation information is compared with collation information stored in a storage area and the collation result is presented to hardware resources 13. The service provider provides the service according to the result of the collation.
