PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issue data preparation system capable of rapidly arranging the issue structure for a new card item by flexibly coping with a specification change for issue data and addition of a module (issue type), in relation to card issue data transformed into a module for every issue type such as magnetic encoding or embossing for a card. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an issue data specification editing part 20 having an issue data specification registration part 31 for designing and registering the specification of the issue data, and an issue data specification DB 32 for storing the issue data specifications, and prepares and/or changes the specification of the issue data prepared according to a card issue device. The registration part 31 can simply design and edit the issue data specification by operating it based on the display on the display part. |
