PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an approximately periodical signal by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A signal generation part having 1st, 2nd ad 3rd states is provided with an operation part 11 for controlling an updated state changed from a reference state in accordance with transition probability(TP) values so as to store it in a memory and output it by referring to the memory 12 about a state of prescribed time τbefore from current time based on parameters p to d stored in respective storage parts 1 to 6 and delay time τ stored in a τstorage part 7 by using a three-state model for probably changing the state at each unit time in accordance with TP 1-a-q from the 1st state to the 2nd state, TP q from the 1st state to the 2nd state, TP p from the 2nd state to the 1st state, TP 1-p-d from the 2nd state to the 2nd state TP (a) from the 1st state to the 3rd state, TP b from the 3rd state to the 1st state, TP c from the 3rd state to the 2nd state, TP d from the 2nd state to the 3rd state, and TP 1-b-c from the 3rd state to the 3rd state. |
