PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a user and to efficiently perform work such as input, retrieval or reading of information. SOLUTION: In the information managing system for managing a plurality of tasks, a database stores a plurality of information items 11a-11d respectively related to a plurality of tasks. When the user of the system designates an attribute ('object component', for example), to become the reference of information sorting, with that designated attribute 'object component' as a reference, information contained in the information items 11a-11d is sorted and displayed on a screen. In such a case, under respective sorted object components, correspondent information items are displayed. For example, under 'casing-desk periphery', the correspondent information items 11a and 11d are located, under 'casing- keyboard', the correspondent information item 11b is located and under 'PCB', the correspondent information item 11c is located. |
