<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a fraudulent unsealing preventing function and separated recovery function having both functions of preventing fraudulent unsealing in a circulation process and of enabling separated recovery in a disposal process. <P>SOLUTION: According to the cap, an opening/closing collar 230 is formed projectingly on the outer circumferential lower end of the front circumferential wall 220 of a lid 200 that is counter to a hinge 300. A fraudulent unsealing preventive band 240, which has a bow portion 241 capable of housing the collar 230 inside at the center thereof and upward internal fitting claw 242 on both left and right sides of the inner surface thereof, is connected to the front of the lid 200 via a plurality of small bridges 250, which are arranged circumferentially and have respective front end thin-walled weakened parts, in such a way that the band 240 extends circumferentially along the outside of the front of the lid 200, where the bow portion 241 is located to be counter to the hinge 300 of the lid 200. Fitting collars 160, in which the fitting claws 242 of the band 240 of the lid 200 are fitted, are formed projectingly on both left and right upper ends of the outer circumference of the circumferential wall 150 of a cap body 100, respectively, and a thin-walled weakened line is formed on the back face of the circumferential wall 150 to extend from the upper part to the lower end thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
