A gift box made out of foldable rigid paper is provided to increase a commodity value of an object(or gift) through a highly ornamental appearance and to enable to carry or store an object with a large volume or amount. A gift box includes: a main box plane(10) wrapped with a sheet(S); and a pair of sub-box planes(20,20') wrapped with a sheet. The main box plane is composed of a bottom face(11), 1st and 2nd side faces(12,13), a cover face(14), a cover extended face(15), and connecting portions(16a,16b). The sub-box planes(20,20') are composed of first adhesive faces(21,21'), 3rd side faces(22,22'), folded adhesive faces(23,23') including 2nd adhesive faces(23a,23a') and folded faces(23b,23b'), and a detachable portion between the 2nd adhesive faces and the folded faces.
