PURPOSE:To simplify the operation to shorten the operation time by only inserting an IC memory card, where a request item is registered, to an access terminal equipment by a user to collect data corresponding to the request item to the IC memory card without a special operation. CONSTITUTION:When an IC memory card 21 is inserted to an access terminal equipment 3, ID check, member/non-member check, and menu check are automatically performed, and read of the request item registered in the IC memory card 21, access to a data base, and write of information obtained from the data base to the IC memory card 21 are automatically performed. Consequently, the user collects information corresponding to the request item to the IC memory card 21 without a special operation of the access terminal equipment 3. Thus, the unspecific user can easily and quickly collect information. |
