<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint of one touch operation type capable of simply connecting a composite pipe without using such a special compressive fixture as a caulking type joint, while preventing a metal of the metal joint main body and a metal surface exposed on the end surface of the composite pipe from contacting each other when connecting the composite pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A cap nut 7 in which a fastening split ring 11 provided with claws 12 is fitted in advance is connected to the joint main body 1 having an outer cylinder part 5 which constitutes an annular groove 4 with this inner cylinder part 3 and the inner cylindrical part 3 in which an O ring 17 is fixed, and the composite pipe 6 having at least three layers structure in which a metal layer 6b composed of such metal materials as aluminum between synthetic resin layers 6a, 6a, is held tight and through a guide ring 15 passed through the inner cylinder part 3, is inserted into the annular groove 4 from the hexagon cap nut 7 side so that the claws 12 are eaten into the outer peripheral surface j of the composite pipe end part E and as a result, the one touch operation type metal made joint 24 is comprised to prevent the composite pipe 6 from coming-off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
