All web pages can be made identified with higher accuracy than that of URL based identification, so as to enable a precise web page output. For this, a web page identification system is provided with a page parameter extracting means for extracting a parameter as to a web page and an identifier generating means for generating a web page identifier in accordance with the parameter extracted by the page parameter extracting means.
