The septic tank for processing used water in a treatment unit, comprises collector with an entry of used water and exit of treated effluent, effluent filtration device (300) connected to the exit collector (220), pumping device (400), two decantation compartments, bubble diffuser, and a control unit associated with the septic tank. The first compartment is connected to implement effluent anaerobic treatment at the entry collector, and the second compartment is connected to implement effluent aerobic treatment at the exit collector (220). The first compartment is connected to implement effluent anaerobic treatment at the entry collector, and the second compartment is connected to implement effluent aerobic treatment at the exit collector (220). The pumping device is intended to suck the effluents in the tank. The pumping device comprises a surge tank (402) that is suspended inside the septic tank intended to be filled periodically in a gravitating way, then drained by an internal pressure. Bottom of the surge tank comprises a conical wall, an effluent entry valve, a pipe is connected to the filtration device, and a pneumatic compressor connected to the surge tank for supplying a compressed air in a periodical way. The entry valve of the surge tank is placed in an orifice of the conical wall. The surge tank is equipped with a vent, which connects air from outside of the tank. The two pumping devices are arranged on the first compartment to transfer the effluent present in the first compartment into the second compartment. The bubble diffuser is placed in the second compartment to develop bacterial activity by oxygenation within the effluent. The filtration device is arranged in an upstream of the exit collector. The outlet of the pipe is connected to the surge tank with the filtration device, which is prolonged outside of the exit collector to avoid the return of outgoing effluent inside the tank. The filtration device is arranged in downstream of the exit collector, which is connected to the surge tank of the first pumping device by an intermediate pipe. The second pumping device is replaced by a siphon, which crosses a separation between the two compartments. The control unit is associated with the septic tank to operate the different pumping devices by an intermediate electro valve and to capture the information transmitted by a probe flow is placed inside the entry collector. The control unit is connected with an oxygen probe, which is arranged inside the surge tank of the first pumping device placed in the second decantation compartment.
