FLAT STEEL BAR AUTO CUTTING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically cutting a flat bar which is capable of automatically feeding the flat bar and automatically cutting the flat bar by a desired cut length. The apparatus includes: a frame unit which has a feeding frame which guides flat bar feeding, a support frame which is placed with a gap from the feeding frame and supports flat bar to be easily cut and a cutting frame which is placed between the feeding frame and the support frame; a flat bar feeding unit which is installed in the feeding frame and provides conveying force so that the flat bar is automatically conveyed; a flat bar cutting unit which is placed in the cutting frame and cuts the flat bar; and a length sensing and adjusting unit which is placed on the support frame to adjust the cut length of the flat bar and senses the length of the flat bar so that the flat bar fed by the flat bar feeding unit is cut by the cut length. Meanwhile, the length sensing and adjusting unit includes: a scale plate which is placed on the top surface of the support frame and has scales on the surface of the scale plate; an adjusting rail which is longitudinally placed along a side of the support frame; a sensor unit which is placed on the scale plate and comes in contact with the front end of the flat bar to sense the length of the flat bar; a rail combining plate which is combined so that the rain combining plate can move along the adjusting rail and fixed at the sensor unit; and a combining plate conveying unit which makes the sensor unit positioned at the cut length by adjusting the position of the rail combining plate along the adjusting rail.
