The block (1) has a hard and flattened insulating protective sheath (50) with two oppositely facing planar shaped major sides (50B). Electrical wire conductors (10-30) e.g. phase, neutral and earth conductors, comprise ends (11, 12, 21, 22, 31, 32) and are accommodated in the protective sheath. The electrical conductors are insulated from each other and protrude from the protective sheath over the major sides, which are fixed perpendicular to the ends. The protective sheath is made of an insulating material. The protective sheath comprises a connection unit at device mechanisms (100).
