THE METHOD FOR SCREENING OF NERVE AGENT INTOXICATION AND THE MULTICHAMBER KIT USED THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing exposure to a nerve agent, and to a multi-chamber kit for diagnosing the same. The method comprises the steps of: separating a serum from a blood sample extracted from a healthy human body which is not exposed to a nerve agent; measuring a normal butyrylcholinesterase activity which is not exposed to a nerve agent and in a stable state by mixing the separated serum with a buffer solution; measuring a butyrylcholinesterase activity in a contaminated state exposed to a nerve agent by adding an organophosphate medicine in a stable state after the separated serum is mixed with the buffer solution; comparing and analyzing measured results of butyrylcholinesterase activities in a normal state which is not exposed to a nerve agent and in a contaminated state exposed to a nerve agent; and determining contamination by measuring butyrylcholinesterase activities after mixing a nerve agent with a serum extracted from a contamination suspected patient and a buffer solution and by applying the measured butyrylcholinesterase activities to a result from the previous analyzing step.
