The present invention relates to a roll screen device for a vessel having an enhanced blackout function, which prevents light from coming through the gap between a screen and a guide frame when the screen closes an opening part for a screen. The roll screen device for a vessel having an enhanced blackout function comprises: a guide frame which is coupled to a window box formed on the wall of a hull; a winding member which is formed on the inner top side of the guide frame and has a winding roll; a screen of which the top end is wound on the winding roll; a bottom bar which is coupled to the bottom end of the screen; bottom bar guide members which are coupled to both longitudinal ends of the bottom bar; and a leaf spring which elastically supports the screen forward or rearward.
