Disclosed are a subscription profile processing system, an application server and a subscription profile processing method thereof. The subscription profile processing system according to the present invention includes: the application server which provides an application data service to a subscription terminal; and a subscription information management server which stores and manages a subscription profile of a subscriber corresponding to the subscription terminal, and performs data processing operation in correspondence to an application data model of the application server. The application server backs up the subscription profile used for recovery operation in case a subscription information management server is out of order, in a local database.
