PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more effective therapeutic means of cancer via PSF1 gene silencing activity.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a composition having PSF1 gene silencing activity and containing a component (I) with a peak at 11.1 minutes in retention time and/or a component (II) with a peak at 14.6 minutes in retention time on the basis of HPLC analyses in the conditions of the following (A)-(F): (A) HPLC column: the column filled with octadecyl silica gel support (particle diameter 3 μm) and having an inside diameter of 4.6 mm and a height of 150 mm; (B) HPLC column oven temperature: 40°C; (C) flow rate: 0.8 ml/minute; (D) detection: 190-400 nm; (E) mobile phase: (a) methanol and (b) 10 mM of ammonium formate aqueous solution; and (F) gradient condition: maintaining a mixed solvent of 85% of (a) and 15% of (b) for 5 minutes, subsequently linearly increasing the concentration of the (a) in the mixed solvent from 85% to 100% over 15 minutes, and then maintaining the concentration of the (a) 100%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
