PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly recover fine dust, liquid and sludge by arranging a dust recovering apparatus between a suction tip part and a suction apparatus without scattering the dust, liquid and sludge while avoiding dangers such as attachment of the dust, liquid and sludge to the human body and inhalation of them even when harmful dust and harmful liquid coexist. SOLUTION: The suction apparatus is connected to the dust recovering apparatus so that the dust and sludge are sucked from the tip part of a suction hose. The sucked dust is separated and accumulated in a second bag mechanism arranged inside a first bag mechanism mounted in the dust recovering apparatus. A part of the dust passing through the second bag mechanism and the moisture of the sludge are accumulated in the first bag mechanism. A bag supporting member of the second bag mechanism is pulled out and taken out together with the first bag mechanism in which a bag member of the second bag mechanism is put. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
