PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral ingestion material ingestible safely by a dysphagia patient or the like without having anxiety about erroneous swallowing, and having a texture similar to normal food or drink.SOLUTION: There is provided an oral ingestion material having a viscosity of 0.05 Pa-s or lower at 50°C, and 0.1 Pa-s or higher and 2.0 Pa-s or lower at 30°C.
