PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serum information measurement unit, of an inexpensive configuration, with which it is possible to periodically and automatically confirm an illumination device, an image-capturing camera device, and a lens and present an appropriate replacement time for each component, and a system incorporating the same.SOLUTION: A system 100 captures the image of a color sample pasted to a background board outside an area in which a blood collection tube is image-captured, applies image processing, determines the degradation of illumination by the brightness of a monochrome grayscale portion, determines the degradation of the image-capturing camera device by the average value and distribution of hue values of a serum color portion, and determines the presence of damage to a lens by extracting extra line segments, whereby the system automatically determines the degradation of the device, the image-capturing camera device, and the lens individually and presents a replacement time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
