PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, containing respective specific amounts of guanylic acid, etc., adenylic acid, etc., and improved in palatability to fishes. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing respective 0.03-1wt.% 5'-guanylic acid, 5'-cytidylic acid, 5'-uridylic acid and 5'-adenylic acid or 5'- inosinic acid which are hydrolyzates of ribonucleic acid. Furthermore, 0.1-20wt.% yeast extract containing 10-45wt.% oligopeptide is preferably contained therein. |
