PURPOSE:To make parting lines unnecessary in the locking part of a fixation side and thus improve the appearance by opening a slide piece prior to the parting which is a mating line of a slide piece, movable side parts and fixed side parts and then mold-releasing a molding from the fixed side parts. CONSTITUTION:A state is continued wherein a slide piece 1 opens, parting (a mating line of a movable side 3 and fixation side 2) does not open until a gap is ensured for a resin article 5 to run out thereof through the elastic deformation and the article 5 is held between the fixation side 2 and movable side 3. Thereafter, the parting opens and the molding warps in the gap ensured and thus a lock part (recession) is released from the fixation side cavity without being subjected to form destruction. Accordingly, a sliding part is not required for the fixation side 2. Thus, any parting lines do not appear on the molding and in consequence the appearance of the article is improved. |
