JLT 3IBY 18074IBY TITLE OF THE INVENTION RECOMBINANT HUMAN ANTI-CD18 ANTIBODIES Recombinant immunoglobulin specifically reactive with the CD18 integrin or antigen of leukocytes and methods for the production of the immunoglobulin are disclosed. DNA constructs containing the complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of a murine antibody are recombinantly combined with the chosen frameworks of variable regions of both heavy and light chains of a human antibody. The constructs are transfected into eucaryotic host cells capable of expressing the recombinant immunoglobulin sequence.
