WORK TRANSFER VEHICLE FOR RING GEAR

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the travelling stage of a transfer vehicle and to shorten the operation time by providing a work holding hand positionably on the moving device for carrying in a work and the moving device for carrying out at one stopping point of the transfer vehicle thereon. CONSTITUTION:Plural ring gear cutting machines 3 are arranged along the rail 1 laid on the ground and each pair of work carrying-in moving devices 10 and carrying-out moving devices 11 respectively corresponding to each gear cutting machine 3 are arranged between each gear cutting machine and the rail 1 as well. A work transfer vehicle 2 is placed freely travelably on this rail 1 and a work holding hand 9 is provided positionably on the moving table 10 for a work carrying in and table 11 for carrying-out at one stoppage point of the transfer vehicle 2 thereon. A complete product is placed on the carrying-in moving device 10 with its holding on the hand 9 of the transfer vehicle 2, the hand 9 is moved onto the carrying-out moving device 11 just as the transfer vehicle 2 being stopped, the complete product is held by the hand 9, the transfer vehicle 2 is traveled and the hand 9 is transferred to a separate place.
