PURPOSE:To feed a tape piece by piece positively in a short period by a method wherein, in a case when one piece of tape is taken out from a magazine and fed, the inside of an adsorption pad is made negative pressure for adsorbing the tape, revolution is given by a revolving body in the manner that the locus of the cramping part of a cramping device and an adsorption pad draw a form in circular path. CONSTITUTION:The mechanism concerned is as follows: by lowering an adsorption pad 26, one end side of the lowermost tape 21 accommodated in a magazine 22 is drawn right downward of the magazine through the take out port 22a located in the bottom of the magazine, while a part of the tape is located on the upper surface of an accepting stand 30b, while the other end side is still staying in the magazine device 22. A cramping device 28 is operated to mechanically fix the tape 21 at the tape accepting stand 30b. With this state, the revolving body 24 is rotated, the adsorption pad 26 and cramping part 30 unitarily move downward in the manner that the two parts depict a locus of a circular path causing the movement that the other side end of the tape 21 is is drawn laterally overcoming the weight of the accommodated tape coming out of the tape take-up port 22a located at the bottom part of the magazine device 22, and riding on the holding body 31 sequentially, and the drawn out tape is disposed on the circular path being the moving path. |
