PURPOSE:To continuously obtain a product having a stable shape by processing continuously different kinds of metallic bar materials as slit of >= two kinds supplied from a bar material supply part in order of each stage of butt welding, degreasing and cleaning, laser beam welding and correcting. CONSTITUTION:A butt welding machine 4 for a butt welding stage, a decreasing the cleaning machine 5 for a decreasing and cleaning stage, a laser beam oscillator 6 for a laser beam welding stage, mirrors 7 and 8, a lens 9, butt rolls 12 and a straightening leveller 11 for a straightening stage are arranged in this order from metallic wire material rolls 1, 2 and 3 of the different kinds of metallic wire material supply part. The different kinds of metallic wire materials 1B, 2B and 3B as slit of >= two kinds supplied from the wire material supply part are processed in order of the above-mentioned stages. By this method, welding nonuniformity can be obviated. |
